Increasingly horrified by the use of artificial intelligence by the Israel Defense Forces in Gaza, yesterday I asked, “where is the peace movement?”  Technologies of Death and Dehumanization

Tens of thousands of men, women and children have been killed because they were incorrectly targeted by artificial intelligence systems.  Or they were killed because the target was given a high enough score that the strike was approved, knowing in advance that hundreds of other people in the area would be killed as “collateral damage”. The artificial intelligence system “Where’s Daddy?” guides munitions to explode when the target is home, intentionally killing the family.
